ネマガリ筍
6月7日 土曜日 はれ
タケノコシーズン真っ盛り。
きょうはネマガリタケのタケノコです。
甥っ子が採ったのをわけてくれたんです。どこで採ったか聞き忘れましたがいーーーい！タケノコです。
これこそ採りたてでないと あくが強くなって美味しさ半減。
タケノコの味噌汁と白いご飯があれば 夕飯はOK。
田舎暮らしの醍醐味でしょうか。
